The First Frame: Family to Founders
Good Pair began with a good pair, Manjari & Alok. Two souls who chose each other every day, through seasons of change and shared dreams, and through the quiet, everyday acts of life. Partners in love, bound by marriage, and entrusted with the joy and responsibility of raising their daughter, Avantika.
In the rhythm of family life, they thrived on a shared passion for food and travel, seeking joy, adventure, and love in them. Little did they realise that their love for wholesome, honest food would soon take on a different meaning at a time when, strangely, the world had hit a pause button. When the pandemic arrived, the family found itself spending more time in the kitchen than anywhere else. Amid endless Zoom calls and long days at home, they began creating snacks that could be companions all day long - comforting, nourishing, and made with care. In those moments, surrounded by the aroma of fresh ingredients and the joy of shared meals, the idea of a company built to offer honest, loving food first began to take shape.
Bringing this dream to life meant leaving a secure career and stepping into uncertainty. Given their age, many thought it was impractical, even reckless. But the idea was a force, a calling too powerful to ignore. And so, with courage and conviction, they took the plunge to build something that embodied who they were.
That leap gave birth to the company MAGAMOR , a name that carries both meaning and love. MAG stands for the initials of Manjari, Avantika, and Guds (Alok to the outside world). Amor means love. Together, MAGAMOR became an expression of their love for food, family, and the journey they were embarking on.
