Returns, Replacements & Refund Policy

At Good Pair, every product is crafted and delivered with care. Once an order is completed on www.goodpair.in, it cannot be returned.

But if something goes wrong, like if your item arrives spoiled, damaged in transit, or past its expiry date, we’ll make it right. A fresh replacement will be sent to you at no extra cost.

To help us resolve things quickly, we would ask for your proof of purchase along with photos or a short video of the affected product. Our team will review the evidence and, once validated, dispatch your replacement promptly.

Please note: such requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Beyond this window, we won’t be able to accommodate them.

In the event of non-delivery or an unacceptable delay in fulfilling your order(s), we will arrange redelivery once we have validated the issue on your end.

Please note that personal preferences or unmet expectations are not valid reasons for returning shipments. But if you’re unhappy with your order, we’re here to listen.

Cancellations & Refunds

Once an order has been successfully placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds are only considered under special circumstances, such as delivery to an unserviceable location or an excessive delay in the delivery of your order.

Concerns about damaged products are always handled through our Returns & Replacement Policy, ensuring you receive a fresh replacement at no extra cost.

For approved refunds, we’ll initiate the process within 7 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
