Availability of Products
We process all orders based on stock availability. If a product is out of stock when you place your order, we’ll inform you right away and issue a full refund through your original payment method.
Where We Deliver
At present, our deliveries are limited to addresses within India. Orders for international destinations cannot be fulfilled.
Delivery Timeline
- Once your order is confirmed, we’ll share an estimated delivery timeline.
- Please note that the delivery estimates begin from the dispatch date, not the order date.
- Our standard delivery window is 2–5 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Currently, we are not shipping on Sundays.
- Delivery times may vary depending on fulfilment partners, your location, and the chosen shipping method.
- It is likely that your orders may arrive in separate packages if shipped from multiple locations or at different times.
Shipping Fees
- We offer free shipping above a specified order value. For orders below this threshold, nominal shipping charges apply.
- The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you confirm payment.
- Extra charges may apply for remote addresses or for express delivery.
- GST is applied according to the state where the order is shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
We encourage you to check your order as soon as it arrives. If you ever receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, reach out to us right away.
